Chocolate for all tastes and incredible recipes

Head to the Salon du Chocolat in Paris and get ready to taste exceptional chocolate delicacies and see the amazing things that can be done with this hugely popular food. Today’s top pastry chefs and chocolatiers will be in attendance to entertain and enlighten you as well as delight your taste buds. At the Salon du Chocolat you will discover tomorrow's trends in chocolate. In addition, the leading chefs prepare their best recipes in live demonstrations. You can also take advantage of the various workshops available to upgrade your skills and prepare delicious desserts for your loved ones!

Chocolate events and a chocoholic’s dream

Representatives of cocoa-producing nations from five continents will be present this year at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre. You’ll have the opportunity to learn how to distinguish African cocoa from that of Latin America, for example, because chocolate has its subtleties just as wine does. The Salon also offers many fun surprises, such as the famous fashion parade of chocolate dresses, a contest for amateur pastry chefs, and live shows presented by cocoa-producing nations. More than 500 international participants will set up their booths at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre to show their wares and help you develop your passion for chocolate even further. For your chocolate-themed Parisian break, book a room at the Hotel Paris France, located in the heart of the capital and close to public transport.
